The protective filter for the adsorption of paint drops in the course of spraying. The Venturi effect in combination with changes in the direction of the flow of air containing paint particles facilitates an effective and highly efficient protection. All types are made of two folded cardboards. The openings in the front panel are situated asymmetrically with respect to the openings in back panel. When the air is passing through the filter, its flow direction is changed in all three axes. In the back panel formed by deeper V-shape folds, there are generated pockets trapping isolated liquid particles.
Field of application: They are used independently or as pre-filters of the multi-stage filtration systems of exhaust equipment in paint shops.
