Pocket filters

KS PAK 25, KS PAK 35 (G3, G4) The filters are made of synthetic fibres with a progressive design. The medium is arranged into sewn filter bags. The frame is plastic, separators are made of wood. On request, a zinc-coated frame and metal separators can be supplied. A large filtration surface and high adsorption capacity.
Field of application: They are used as pre-filters or main filters for separating coarse dust in ventilation and air conditioning units.

KS PAK 45, KS PAK 62 (F5, F6) The PAK 45 and 62 bag filters are made of glass fibres. The sewn filter nags have an optimum shape. The frame is plastic, separators are made of wood; on request, a zinc-coated frame and metal separators can be supplied.
Field of application: They are used as the second or only stage of filtration for separating fine dust in the health sector, restaurants, and hotels.

Pocket filters special

KS PAK-AST/2, KS PAK AST (F5, F7) The bag filters in antistatic design with a certificate for the explosive environment. The sewn wedge-shaped bags are fixed into the front frame made of zinc-coated sheet by means of new technology in order to guarantee electrostatic parameters of the filter. Certified by FTZÚ - Radvanice.
Field of application: They are used in the explosive environments: paint shops, chemical plants, and other facilities.

KS PAK 35-SAM, KS PAK 55-SAM (G4, F5) The self-supporting filters are made without a frame. They are used in older air handling units - BKC and KOVONA types.
Field of application: In filtration classes G4, they are used as pre-filters or main filters for separating coarse dust. In filtration classes F5, they are used as the second or only stage of filtration for separating fine dust.

KS PAK 25-Dr (G3) The special bag filters are made with a wire frame. The possibility of the change of used filters and a simple installation of new ones on the existing frame.

Frame filters

Z 1/2", Z 1", Z 2" {/cz} (G2-G3) The KS-Z filter elements are made of a progressively compressed glass fibre filter medium that is mounted in a stable cardboard or plastic frame. Both sides of the medium are covered with perforated sheet or cardboard or a plastic grid. The filter medium is impregnated with a special dust-binding agent. The KS-Z filter elements have an excellent dust particles accumulation capacity at very low pressure losses.
Field of application: They are especially used as pre-filters in air conditioning and air handling units. They find their application in ventilation of industrial plants, assembly rooms, restaurants, and hotels.

KS PR (G3, G4, F5) The filter medium made of synthetic fibres is intertwined into a robust frame made of zinc-coated sheet. The medium is closely tightened by means of a block and steel separators. The filter is characterised by low economic costs expended only for changing the filter medium. It can be supplied in standard depths of 48, 96, and 147 mm, as well as other depths.
Field of application: The filters are used for ventilation of office facilities, assembly rooms, central offices, and airport terminal buildings.

KS PR NEW Metal separators through which the medium is inserted are installed in a rigid zinc-coated frame. On the air outlet side, there is a wire grid preventing the medium release and ensuring a high operating safety of the filter. The medium inserted between the separators is ensured by two wire thrust springs on the air inlet side.

KS PL-25 (G2, G3, G4, F5) A cut-to-size element of the filter medium made of synthetic fibres is inserted into a solid and stable frame made of zinc-coated sheet. On the side of clean air, the filter medium is covered with a zinc-coated protecting grid. On the inlet side of the filter, the medium is fixed with a clamping key made of steel. According to the type of filtration, it is possible to supply KS PL filters with a glass fibre medium.
Field of application: The filters are used in ceiling air conditioning units and intake devices.

KS PL-5 (G2) The KS 15/60 filter medium is sewn on its sides and forms a bag to be put on a wire frame (5 mm).
Field of application: The filters are used in ceiling as well as wall-mounted air conditioning units and intake filter systems. Fancoil equipment, door screens.

KS MPP 96/5 (F5) The filter medium is mounted in a solid plastic or cardboard frame and sealed by means of a hot-melt system. The filter materials of various filtration classes differ in colour.
Field of application: They are used as the second or only stage of filtration in air conditioning and air handling units of all types.

KS MPP 96/6, KS MPP 96/7 (F6, F7) The filter medium is mounted in a solid plastic or cardboard frame and sealed by means of a hot-melt system. The filter materials of various filtration classes differ in colour.
Field of application: They are used for separating fine dust in assembly rooms, the health sector, laboratories, etc.

W50/4, W100/4, W150/4 (G4) The KS-W frame filters are made of a pleated synthetic filter medium. The pleated medium is mounted in a solid cardboard frame and sealed by means of a hot-melt system. The frame is also reinforced with a spacer pad for high air flow rates. The frame can be zinc-coated or plastic.
Field of application: Assembly rooms, laboratories, and hospitals.

Frame filters - metal elements, filters for high temperatures

MA 12,5, MA 20, MA 25, MA 45 (G2, G3) More layers of a special aluminium braided medium are inserted into an aluminium U-section frame. The filter medium is on both sides protected with a solid grid made of aluminium expanded metal.
Field of application: The separation of grease and oil aerosols in exhaust equipment of kitchens, bakehouses, smokehouses, barbecue grills. The separation of the coarsest dust particles in foundries, metallurgical works, and the steel industry.

GTA 200, GTA 300 (F6, G4) The filter medium of the special GTA 200 filter element for high temperatures is made of GLAS C material pressed in to a two-sided protecting grid made of aluminium expanded metal. The filter has a thermal resistance of up to 190 °C. The special GTA 300 filter elements for high temperatures are made of superfine glass fibre filter medium pressed in to a two-sided protecting grid made of aluminium expanded metal. The filter has a thermal resistance of up to 300 °C.
Field of application: GTA 300 is used for the separation of coarse and GTA 200 for the separation of fine dust in inlets into drying and painting equipment, as well as in calcining equipment in the automotive industry.

Surface frame filters for FANCOIL

KS PL-10, KS PL-20 (F6, G4) A cut-to-size element of the filter medium of the corresponding filtration class is inserted into a solid and stable frame made of zinc-coated sheet.
Field of application: The filters are used in ceiling as well as wall-mounted air conditioning units and intake filter systems. Fancoil equipment.

Frame filters with folded filter medium

MACROFALT, MACROPAC (G4, F5) The MACROFALT and MACROPAC filter elements provide an up-to-date solution for separating coarse and fine dust particles in the area of ventilation and air conditioning. The filter pleat with elastic separators is inserted and sealed in a plastic frame. The filters have a large filtration surface and long useful life.

Compact filter parts

KS FP F6 - F9 (F6, F7, F8, F9) The compact filter elements provide an up-to-date and effective solution for separating fine dust. The glass fibre medium (special filter paper) forms V-shaped pleats and is inserted into a plastic frame. The filters have an excellent price/performance ratio.
Field of application: They are used as after-filters or microparticles pre-filters in air conditioning and ventilation units of all types.

KS FP H10 - H13 (H10, H11, H12, H13) The compact filter elements in filtration classes H10, H11, H12, and H13 provide a new solution for microparticles filtration. Advantages: high flow rate, standard dimensions (as bag filters), and the possibility of mounting the filters in standard frames of air conditioning units, while meeting high demands for cleanness.

TMP for gas turbines F6-F7 (F6, F7) The TMP compact filter elements consist of 4 V elements on both sides sealed with polyurethane in a plastic frame. The two-sided sealing of the filter pleat makes the filter resistant to dripping condensate and ensures a long useful life under extreme conditions.
Field of application: Gas turbines, plate power units, compressors, and air conditioning units of power plants.

TMP for gas turbines F8-H10 (F8, F9, H10) The TMP compact filter elements consist of 4 V elements on both sides sealed with polyurethane in a plastic frame. The two-sided sealing of the filter pleat makes the filter resistant to dripping condensate and ensures a long useful life under extreme conditions.

Compact filters

Micratex (F6, F7, F9) Simple exchangeable parts of the compact filter pleat made by means of the MINIPLEAT technology are mounted in a solid plastic frame. The greatest advantages of the filters include fast change of the medium and considerable cost savings.
Field of application: They are used as the second stage of filtration - pharmacy, medicine, and electronics.
