Filters and components for high demand on cleanness (HEPA, ULPA filtry)

HEPA and ULPA filters are made of special glass microfibres and are separating microparticles and aerosols of the size of 0,3 µm. The filters and components are used especially for clean areas, namely in medicine, pharmacy, microelectronics, nuclear technology, etc.

(F7-U15) The KS-N ultrafilters have a compact and rugged construction with a very low risk of damage and above-average large filtration surface. The use of the filter medium in the pleat enables an extremely high intake-flow velocities and flow rates of up to 4,000 m3/hour (with a filter of 610 x 610 x 282 mm dimensions).

(F9-H14) The special circular filters JP and JK are made of glass submicron filter paper that is folded into a pleat and sealed in two-sided collars made of PU or stainless steel.

(H13-H14) The special circular filters JG and JKG are made of glass submicron filter paper that is folded into a pleat and sealed in two-sided collars made of PU or stainless steel. The filters are also made in a compact design including jacketing (JKG). The jacketing can be made of plastic or stainless steel. The filters enable loading of up to 14,000 Pa at flow rates of 80 to 150 m3/h.

(E11-U15) The KS Filtrasept end adapters are air outlets equipped with integrated absolute filters for microparticles. The outlets serve for the filtration and distribution of air. Microparticles, bacteria, and viruses are separated immediately before the entering of air into the clean areas. The adapters are supplied as ceiling and wall-mounted.
